ASCO Components offers a comprehensive selection of bobbins for use in a wide range of winding applications.

Many are available from stock for immediate delivery. Those that are not can normally be supplied within 7 - 10 days and if you have a regular usage a stockholding can be arranged at our Birmingham warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.

Standard material is a Class F 30% glass filled Nylon 6. Other materials offering higher temperature ratings or flammability specifications are available.

Our bobbins are manufactured in an approved UL moulding facility, thereby providing full traceabilty for certification purposes.

As well as moulded Nylon bobbins we can supply fabricated versions for non standard lamination sizes.

We also supply core bolt insulators ranging from M4 to M12 diameter as ex-stock items.
